JAW Sustainability are a dynamic sustainability consultancy. We provide specialist sustainability support for construction and fit-out projects of all types through the planning stages to handover and occupation. 

We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of sustainable design and will work with you to develop bespoke, pragmatic solutions to improve the environmental performance of your project and achieve your sustainability targets. 

We are BREEAM Accredited Professionals and Assessors, CSH and SKA Offices Assessors and On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA).

SERVICES

New Build / Major Refurbishment

We can provide sustainability services from concept design through to handover. Our work covers energy strategies, sustainability statements, Part L compliance, BREEAM, SKA and daylight. We provide input and support at every stage, to maximise the performance of the development as well as providing compliance documentation from planning reports through to final certification. We also provide Contractor support to assist in achieving sustainability goals on site, in terms of procurement, operations, site procedures and documentation.

Fit Out / Refurbishment

We support fit out and major refurbishment projects in achieving high performance in terms of sustainability and wellbeing. We can undertake standard environmental assessments such as BREEAM, SKA and WELL and energy assessments. We can also provide bespoke services to support holistic sustainable design.

In Use

In addition to our work for construction projects, we can provide support to operational offices to improve the overall energy performance and internal environment standards.
