About AKSWard Limited

AKS Ward was formed in 2005 by the merger of Andrews, Kent & Stone (est 1919) and Anthony Ward Partnership with offices in London, Oxford, Southampton and Hitchin.

We offer the following services: Structural and Civil Engineering, Conservation Engineering, Forensic Engineering, Building Surveying, Party Wall Engineering & Surveying and Expert Witness.

As Engineers we work closely with our clients and the other team members we strive to produce innovative and elegant design solutions that are cost effective both in terms of ease of construction and in the use of materials. We believe that this commitment has led to our gaining the majority of our work from repeat clients and recommendation.

AKS Ward’s Civil & Infrastructure group has established experience in master planning, ground and water engineering, transport, utility provision and land remediation. This multi-disciplinary expertise has enabled us to deliver an integrated infrastructure package on a wide range of projects.

AKS Ward recognises the importance of good quality highway and transportation infrastructure which is crucial to the economic success and accessibility of an area. Along with this it is important to ensure the safety and benefit of its users.

The Building Surveying team provides a range of professional services to property owners, facility managers, local authorities, developers and tenants, with a particular emphasis on Party Wall legislation, and building defect identification with the associated maintenance and repair solutions.
