Our Services

Contingency and Retained Search – Futureboard HR works on a blend of contingency and retained searches on behalf of our clients. 

Candidate Pool Mapping – We often recommend prior to a full search process that we conduct a mapping exercise of the talent pool in a potential area to obtain a better understanding of the size of the market and therefore the potential opportunity/risk for filling a role.

Candidate Referencing – This can form part of a search process or be a piece of work we carry out on a client’s behalf .

Competitor Mapping – Research new markets or geographical areas on behalf of clients

Candidate Assessment  - We can provide in depth assessment of candidates, this could be in depth interviews, personality questionnaires, ability testing or behavioral exercises.

Candidate Coaching – We can provide coaching to individuals in a number of circumstances.  Our coaches have all worked in business and have formal coaching qualifications.
