About Alison

Alison has worked internationally as an editor, writer, voice over artist and performer.  She was the director and scriptwriter for the presenters of the Eurovision Song Contest, hosted in Istanbul in 2004.  Not only is Alison a published writer of two anthologies of plays, but she’s also the founder of a drama school for children and adults, the highly respected Arena Drama Workshops in the UK.

She trained at London Guildhall School of Music & Drama and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which covers key skills in personal and organisational development.  A lover of theatre improvisation and comedy writing, Alison makes learning fun and interactive.

Multi-nationals, New Tech companies, along with charities, cooperatives and individuals,  have all benefited from the training, coaching and consultancy that Alison and her team provide.

In addition, Cass Business School, part of London City University (ranked in the top 5% of World Universities) has worked with Alison to draw up Executive Education programmes that have an impact not only on organisational communication but on ROI.

She’s been invited to bring her inspiring form of ‘edutainment’ to universities such as Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, one of the top 10 universities in Latin America, and to educational institutions around Turkey.

Alison’s book ‘Techie Talks – how technical experts become powerful presenters’ has hit over 40,000 downloads.

Working with a considerable network of performers and trainers, she loves the fact that she gets to work closely with companies to create compelling programmes with lasting effect: programmes that are integrated into corporate goals and that tap into the the spirit of the individual, to enhance skills and mindset.
