About Mark

Mark Elton - Environment Director at WYG

Personal Interests

Mark Elton (BSc MSc CEnv FRGS MIEnvSc) has over 22 years of environmental consultancy experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked on major EIA developments in Tanzania, UAE, Iran, Romania, Bahamas, Qatar, Ireland and the UK.  He is a Chartered Environmentalist and holds a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management.

Mark has worked on wide range of urban regeneration development projects for residential, transport, retail, commercial, leisure and health care clients.  As well as EIA project management skills he also has technical strengths in sustainable development, landscape assessment, ecology, risk management, health impact assessment and GIS.  Mark is used to managing large multi-disciplinary environmental teams to provide practical and innovative environmental and sustainable solutions on complex development projects.
