About Guardian Exhibition & Display

Guardian Exhibition and Display are a dedicated team of specialists who create, design and build compelling exhibition stands, displays and event branding.

We understand that attending exhibitions, conferences and trade shows can be a financial gamble for businesses hoping to attract business leads.  This means you will need a display company that can swing the odds in your favour.

Design and Creative

With many proven years in the exhibition industry, we’re proud to say we understand our craft. After all, we know how rare it is to find designers who really know what goes on at shows, or what works best in any space, on any graphic design.

Our professional design team ensures brand consistency from the outset, working reliably and creatively from the initial brief to the final project delivery.

All of our panelled system and space-only proposals are accompanied by a no-obligation, 3D presentation as standard. From there, we’ll develop the approved ideas further with you. Meanwhile, our transparent process means we’ll provide you with design files and dedicated contact before final production.


We offer only the highest quality premium graphics for all of our displays. Whether the display is portable or fully installed, we use the most vivid, 'wide gamut', colour technology and durable materials available to make sure your stand looks vibrant and Pantone® true. We’re not prepared to let down our clients with weak materials and poor quality print, because we know just how important it is to brand consistent
across all your marketing material.

Production and Pre-Build

We offer a state-of-the-art, colour calibrated printing set-up, so that your brand is represented just as you intended. We include several pre-event checks on your artwork prior to production, and our rollable and solid graphics are all prepared to very high standards in a near-laboratory environment.

Our pre-build facility and friendly showroom are open for clients to see what we do, and to showcase the wide range of exhibition solutions we offer. So if you’d like to pay us a visit, you’d be very welcome! Come and view your perfect stand in comfortable surroundings – you can even take it away with you afterwards.

Asset Management and Installation

When you’ve invested in high quality display equipment, ensuring its safe storage and handling in between shows is essential. We offer a full-service option, in which we take care of transport, storage, inventory and installation.

Your stand will be recorded and safely packed in flight cases, then stored in our clean, safe and secure warehouse, all ready for its next outing.

Our dedicated team of installers travel throughout the UK and Europe, professionally fitting stands of all sizes. Not only do they know our display systems inside out, their expertise and ‘can-do’ attitude provides vital on-site assistance.
