Luke invites a select-small group of directors to an overview of a 'trusted adviser' system for selling. Typical challenges discussed are:

  • Getting a lot of meetings but some turn out to be unpaid consultancy and time lost
  • Having strong sales in the past but performance has dipped slightly and targets ae missed
  • Have experienced good growth but process is a little 'ad-hoc' and results are inconsistent
  • Paying for lead generation programmes that do not generate "real" prospects
  • Loving what they do but also wear a slightly uncomfortable 'sales hat'
  • How to hire effective sales people
