Representative Profile

Sophie works with HR Teams and businesses advising on all aspects of employment law and employment litigation. With over 10 years’ of experience working alongside clients in a range of sectors that include travel, construction, retail, charities and not-for-profits, recent work examples include advising on:

• Settlement arrangements and termination packages of directors and senior executives
• All aspects of large-scale collective redundancy consultation exercises, including where proposals are made across a number of employing entities within a group structure
• Complaints of sexual harassment and connected investigation processes
• Corporate transactions including employment due diligence and complex TUPE issues

Sophie has been recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in the field of employment law, is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and, outside of work, she volunteers as a school governor.
