London networking event - Urbano Christmas Networking Lunch

Celebrate Christmas 2017 with Urbano and your fellow members at St Bart's Brewery in Farringdon - with great wine, an exceptional 3-course menu, great conversations and fun!

This Christmas event is also especially for those SMEs and other member companies looking for an alternative to the usal workplace Christmas lunch, freelancers who won't just want to be spare at a client's event and anyone else who wants a fun-packed Christmas lunch and afternoon.

Urbano will supply the crackers, hats, and (very informal) networking. We expect this event to 'formally' finish at 3.45pm but you are welcome to stay on the venue for an unforgettable festive knees-up with a live band and magical entertainment from a surprise guest.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH MENU

~ STARTERS ~

• Roast winter Heritage squash soup, coriander yoghurt
• Rosary goat’s cheese & caramelised smoked red onion tart, hazelnut dressed salad
• Apple wood smoked salmon, classic garnish, pumpernickel bread
• Chicken liver parfait, grape chutney and toasted brioche

~ MAINS ~

• Free range turkey ballotine, pancetta wrapped chipolatas, bread sauce and cranberry compote
• Apple wood smoked British beef brisket, slow roasted bone marrow and grilled tomato
• Pan fired seabass fillet, sea vegetables and crayfish veloute
• Spinach & ricotta cannelloni, roast red pepper sauce

All served with goose fat roast potatoes, buttered new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

~ DESSERTS ~

• Hush Heath Christmas pudding, Pedro Ximenez cream
• Valrhona chocolate truffle cake, Chantilly cream
• Warm rice pudding, damson compote, cinnamon sugar and flaked almonds
• Kentish cheese board, quince and biscuits 

Plus a welcome glass of mulled wine and half bottle of wine per person.
