Urbano is London's leading independent business networking community, connecting companies of all sizes and sectors from PLCs to SMEs, in London, the UK and beyond.

Urbano hosts a calendar of different events, from speaker breakfasts to seminars and workshops, networking lunches and evenings, designed primarily to bring together those representing companies from our different business Communities: Build, Media, Finance, People, Host, Tech, and UWACTE (Urbano Women In Architecture, Construction, Technology and Engineering).

Urbano Engage Speaker Panel events look at major issues facing businesses, from reducing our impact on the environment and delivering on Net Zero Carbon legislation and the environment to the benefits of new technology on specific sectors, to encouraging SMEs into the supply chains of larger organisations to HR and employment issues.

We will be examining how changes in organisational structures, workplaces, and working from home have changed a company's relationships with its employees and how employees' relationships have changed with their employers and colleagues.

We will put these changes under the different professional microscopes of our speakers to gain their perspectives, including form and function of the offices, brand, recruitment, retention, even cities - have all changed - and what new organisational shapes and places are being created.
