Pano is unique in modern times as someone who has not only spent 25 years at the same company, but has risen through the ranks to become CEO. He now oversees Pret A Manger’s near-700 stores across Britain, Hong Kong, Dubai, and the United States.

In a relaxed, interactive discussion, we shall cover Pano's rise through the firm and how those experiences have shaped him as a business leader, but also how helps Pret navigate the changing face of retail and hospitality.
