Urbano speaker panel breakfast

Urbano Network hosts a varied calendar of networking events, from speaker and business breakfasts, lunches and social evenings, all designed to bring a different mix of companies to meet, connect and explore future opportunities for business development.

As at all Urbano events, including our speaker panel breakfasts, this event will be facilitated by Mark Herring, who with twenty years of experience as our Connector-In-Chief at Urbano and director of Talent Lab.

The art of BD and how to win new business and clients
This event continues a roundtable discussion from a recent Urbano business networking breakfast on how to develop new business, with a specific panel looking at the most tricky element of business development: how to find and win work from new clients.

This event will be hosted at Urbano Member's SAGAL's new showroom in Clerkenwell. SAGAL are workplace designers and furniture suppliers. Natalie Rice, the company's creative and business development director will be one of the panellists, along with other experienced BDs representing firms from across the professional service sectors.

This event is particularly aimed at those who are responsible for their company's new business development, marketing and sales

We want to look beyond theory and wooly words and find out what works and where investment should be targetted.

The panel will share their own experience of converting prospects into clients, looking beyond the theory to what works in practice. Mark will open out the discussion to everyone at the event to ask questions and also share their own magic ingredients to helping their companies grow.

The event will be interactive, informative and fun, fuelled by pastries and coffee to help you target your efforts in 2026!
