Speaker Networking Breakfast - Commercial Property Outlook 2026

Urbano Network hosts a varied calendar of networking events, including speaker and business breakfasts, Top Table networking lunches for company directors and social evenings for team members, all designed to bring an always varied mix of companies to meet, connect and explore opportunities for business development.

As at all Urbano events, including our speaker panel breakfasts, this event will be facilitated by Mark Herring, who with twenty years of experience as our Connector-In-Chief at Urbano and director of Talent Lab.

Our first event of 2026 is a speaker networking breakfast exploring the outlook for the commercial property market in 2026 for London and the wider UK. Issues to be covered include the opportunities in sectors such as retail, office space and warehousing, the drivers for growth including AI and datacentres, plus the risks to growth, including planning and the timetable for changes to environmental law.

This event is kindly hosted by Urbano Members Gatehouse Chambers, leading barristers specialising in commercial, construction, insurance and property law, at their Gray's Inn event space where all attendees will enjoy pastries, yoghurts, fruit, and tea and coffee.

As at all Urbano events, there will be plenty of time to meet and connect with the speakers and other attendees.
