About CCD Design & Ergonomics

CCD Design & Ergonomics - Specialists in applying the science of human factors and ergonomics to the design process.

Join us for a discussion and debate held at the Davison Highley showroom, respected furniture designers and manufacturers. The debate will touch on topics such as:

Can workspace design optimise human performance, support the creation of value, and help to attract and retain staff? Do the benefits outweigh the costs? Can workspaces help attract the best staff? Does individualism dilute corporate culture?

Our panel will include:

Dr Craig Knight, Chartered Psychologist and Director of Identity Realization, whose studies on enriched spaces give deep insights into how personalisation impacts on well-being and productivity.

David Watts, human behaviour expert and Managing Director of workspace design agency CCD, will reveal how understanding human behaviour can impact on workspace creation.

Jo Geraghty from Culture Consultancy, a fellow Urbano network member, will discuss culture and engagement when it comes to the workplace and the wellbeing of employees.

Drinks, nibbles will be served before and afterwards, with plenty of opportunity for networking and quizzing our panellists further.
