This roundtable workshop brings together Business Owners, Managing Directors, sales leaders and Senior Professionals for a peer-to-peer discussion of business challenges.

This will be an interactive discussion.  To help ensure the effectiveness of the workshop we limit numbers to 8-10 attendees.

Issues we address will cover topics such as:

  •         concerns about lack of new business pipeline
  •         getting to meetings, sending proposals but not closing enough business
  •         finding it hard to resist the pressure to discount

We will look at why these issues might be arising and what could be done to address them.

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to identify new techniques and behaviours to empower their success, understand how to develop new strategies and tactics for growth and learn how to set themselves apart from the competition.  Typically, everyone comes away with at least one idea of value that they can implement that week.

The workshop will be led by David Pritchard.   David is a public speaker, trainer and coach specializing in sales and business development.  David has worked in the tech start-up, research, analytics and professional service sectors in the UK, US and Europe.  He has many years’ experience in negotiation, business development and sales.  David is Managing Director of Sandler Training, based in East London, minutes from Old Street Roundabout.
