Data and digital tools are integral to our efforts to measure the impact of construction and create a low carbon, circular economy. Penny Gowler and Steve Faulkner will discuss how to take an integrated project approach to data. Early engagement is key to understanding the key drivers, as is appointing the right team, with the capabilities to deliver the client’s ambitions. They will explore scope survey requirements so existing materials can be measured and considered for reuse, smart buildings and alignment with accreditation schemes.
