Maximising inclusivity and empowering BME leaders of the future

Our next Trowers Tuesdays is on 8th September 2020 and we are very excited to be joined by Olu Olanrewaju from Altair Ltd and Chyrel Brown, One Housing. 

Olu was instrumental in setting up Leadership 2025, a leadership programme established to support and empower BME senior professionals to become leaders of the future in the housing sector. Chyrel is an alumni of the leadership programme and now COO of One Housing.  

During this webinar the panel will discuss the programme and why it's so important, how to improve diversity in any organisation and why diverse leadership matters.
