Tim is the founder of his own entrepreneurial social enterprise Bright Ideas Trust, a charitable organisation that encourages young budding entrepreneurs from disadvantaged backgrounds to start business ventures by giving them greater access to start-up finance, real business mentors, and professional services advisors. Bright Ideas Trust has generated successful start-ups, as well as receiving blue-chip corporate and Government backing and praise from senior MPs across all political parties.

Tim was awarded the MBE for Enterprise Culture in the 2012 New Year’s Honours List. As well as a business owner, he is an international speaker who is passionate about the power of business. Whether it be creating wealth and employment or changing the world, Tim believes that business is the catalyst of modern change.
