Representative Profile

I am a Partner at Baker Tilly in London, advising listed companies, international groups and growing businesses.

My particular interest is in the following sectors:-

Hospitality and Leisure
Technology (including publishing and media)
Renewables and sustainability

Areas of expertise are audit, assurance, accounting (including IFRS and US GAAP) and risk management.  I have 25 years experience of advising businesses and practical experience of operating in industry including as a CFO of a £100m turnover business. Other experience includes managing acquisitions, funding and other corporate finance transactions for FTSE 250 companies and advising on policy reform in government. 

At Baker Tilly I focus primarily on advising listed and larger private businesses including those that operate internationally. I also work closely with a number of smaller growing businesses as a trusted adviser assisting them to successfully achieve their objectives.
