About Nick Foster

I’ve worked in the City of London law firms for over 25 years and at Partner level since 2005 working with start-ups to multinationals in diverse sectors.

I am Head of the Corporate and Commercial Team at Wordley Partnership in London. My current practice is varied but I have become increasingly involved in some particular sectors including insurance and other professional services businesses, mining and natural resources, new technologies and IT services, media and sports, and cannabis and wellness.

My practice encompasses M&A and private equity, I also specialise in the purchase and sales of membership interests in professional services businesses. I have acted across various sectors on IPOs and secondary market issues (primarily the Standard List, AIM and other junior markets) and on corporate governance and The Takeover Code Our clients range from start-ups to established publicly listed companies.

I’ve advised, amongst others, Amicus Insurance, Chedid Insurance Brokers, Strategic Insurance Services Limited, Mint Insurance Brokers, SRJ Technologies Limited, Ferro Alloy Resources Limited, Mila Resources Plc, New Generation Minerals Limited, SAG (an Old Mutual group entity), and Highlands Natural Resources Plc, Bell Microsystems, Oomisoft, Centrepoint, Sovereign Oilfield Services Plc, Enterprise Asia Plc, United Energy Plc, Acer Computers, I2 Analytical, MBA Information Technology Holdings Limited, NCI Technologies Limited, Hamilton Rentals Limited, Bauvill Limited, Exance Services Limited, Aura Life Limited and a number of high-profile sports clubs.
