COVID-19 has certainly shone a light on one of the key factors behind a positive, agile and high-performance culture, a diverse and inclusive workforce and practices.

Thanks to the pandemic,  organisations have demonstrated that changes to work practices (including remote working) can be implemented overnight, proving that it is possible to truly tap in to the potential of our people.  In doing so, productivity has been maintained or increased,  customers have been looked after,  teams have been engaged and endless examples of flexibility has been demonstrated for people’s own personal circumstances.  But,  what has happened to the broader ED&I agenda?
