Join us for the second part of our legal sector round table discussion group. The aim is to share knowledge, issues and experience of UK immigration law specific to your sector. 

In this second session, we will talk about what to consider when implementing overseas seat rotations and recruitment of trainees.

SPEAKERS

Katrin Wilson is a Manager and Solicitor at Fragomen and has worked in immigration law for over 10 years. She manages a range of corporate clients including financial, media, and engineering companies with respect to immigration through the UK Points Based System, including working with clients to ensure their compliance with immigration requirements.

Gemma Hyslop is a Senior Associate and Solicitor in Fragomen’s London office, with more than five years of experience in immigration law. She assists clients with all aspects of the Points Based System, with a particular focus on the Tier 2 visa category. Gemma also provides guidance on applications for permanent residency and citizenship in the UK.
