About Ce media

Our flagship magazine Elite Business profiles the start-ups and business leaders that are driving forward British enterprise, keeping readers in tune with the industry trends and developments that could help deliver commercial success. Whether you’re seeking inspiration from the like of Michael Acton Smith and Julie Deane or desperate for the lowdown on social media, crowdfunding or the next big thing in tech, Elite Business is the must-read title for entrepreneurs.

Following the success of Elite Business and overwhelming demand from our readers, we launched Elite Franchise magazine last year with the ambition of making it the definitive publication for the British franchising sector. With the industry going from strength-to-strength, this quarterly title offers invaluable insight into a business model that has stood the test of time and is increasing in popularity on these shores. We speak to the companies carrying the torch for the UK franchise sector – including McDonald’s, Subway and Molly Maid – and deliver expert advice to established franchisors, entrepreneurs looking to buy into a market-leading brand as well as those hoping to franchise their own business.

Both titles are complemented by an event offering that is set to break new ground in the sector. Staged at the Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, Sir Richard Branson helped kick off the inaugural Elite Business National Conference & Exhibition, which saw Jacqueline Gold, Karren Brady, Michael Portillo and Lord Digby Jones take centre stage. They were joined by other leading lights from across the British business landscape, with thousands of delegates enjoying two days of first-class seminars, workshops and networking opportunities. With more events like this in the pipeline, we are aiming to make CE Media the dominant force in business events for years to come.

Our outstanding team of journalists, event organisers and marketing professionals are driven by creativity and a passion for the products and services that put us ahead of the game. Working with partners such as UKTI, Microsoft Ventures, Sage One and Prelude, we believe we’re in a position where we can truly help shape and influence the entrepreneurial agenda in the United Kingdom.
