I have a particular interest in advising landlords and tenants on their lease options and office moves (dilapidations), historic building conservation and project management.


• Project Management - from conception to handover
• Party wall surveying - Building Owner's, Adjoining Owner's and Agreed Surveyor
• Dilapidations - for landlords and tenants.
• Historic buildings and façade restoration (Steel frame corrosion)
• Building defect investigations and diagnosis - especially masonry, concrete and steel framed buildings
• Concrete testing, assessment of corrosion and associated risks of defects including abseil surveys.
• Contract administration - Building, repair, refurbishment
• Planned and Preventative Maintenance Schedules and Programmes.
• CDM
