Lisa Ginesi is a partner in Carter Lemon Camerons’ dispute resolution and advisory team and my litigation practice is predominantly property-based.

I regularly advise on a wide variety of issues affecting both residential and commercial properties and a wide range of contractual disputes. I have particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, party wall disputes, dilapidation issues, trespasser proceedings, contractual and construction disputes and all aspects of enfranchisement. I work with my clients as part of a team, often alongside surveyors, engineers and a variety of other experts.

I take pride in helping my clients to achieve sensible, practical and cost effective solutions to a wide range of disputes. I am passionate about making the law work and using the law effectively to the client’s advantage.
