Urbano Engage Speaker Panel events look at major issues facing businesses, from reducing our impact on the environment and delivering on Net Zero Carbon legislation and the environment to the benefits of new technology on specific sectors, to encouraging SMEs into the supply chains of larger organisations to HR and employment issues. Our overall focus is to shine a light and lead a way for us all to be better business people and do the right thing for ourselves as business leaders, our companies, our employees and the wider society.

Or #wtf #wfh - keeping everyone in your workforce on side, in tune and singing from the same hymn sheet.

As we all settle into the new reality of running a business in 2020 and looking ahead, the issues around companies now having different parts of their teams outplaced from the workforce has huge potential impacts on teams, departments, inividuals and companies.

This event will explore these issues from a perspective of employment and HR, brand, leadership, management and culture. Our speakers, outlined below, have years of experience across all sectors and discuss the key challenges in behaviour displacement can bring and then our audience will be invited to out their questions to the panel in an entertaining and interactive session!
