Representative Profile

I am an experienced employment law solicitor providing advice and assistance on everything from recuitment including preparation of bespoke contracts and staff handbooks, all general day to day HR issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing poor performance and long term sickness absence, flexible working requests and allegations of bullying and harrassment.

I can also advise on termination of employment, prepare and handle exit package negotiations and all stages of Employment Tribunal claims. 

I prepare and deliver HR training tailored to your business including how to correctly conduct disciplinary proceedings to minimise the risk of Tribunal claims, avoiding discrimination in the workplace and best practice in recruitment, amongst many others. 

I am regularly instructed to provide advice on post termination restrictive covenants and the enforcability of the same, to draft appropriate restrictions that will hold up under challenge and dealing with employee breaches as well as disclosure of confidential information. 

Running and hiking - I have completed the 3 Peaks challenge and regularly compete in running events
