April Marsden is a highly experienced architect who brings over 20 years of industry knowledge to her role.

Since joining us in 2019 as an Associate, April has progressed through Senior Associate and Associate Director positions, consistently demonstrating leadership, technical excellence, and a strong client focus.

April leads a specialist architectural team dedicated to delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and future-ready design solutions. She works closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure every project is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and the intelligent application of emerging technologies. Her particular interest in modular construction and off-site fabrication supports efficient, sustainable outcomes that integrate seamlessly with existing structures, without ever compromising on design quality.

A key part of April’s role is client engagement. Known for her ability to listen, connect, and build trust, she has developed long-standing relationships throughout her career, many of which have led to repeat collaborations.

April is also a strong advocate for diversity in the built environment. In 2024, she served as Regional Chair for the Yorkshire and North East branch of Women in Property and continues to contribute as an active committee member.

Outside the studio, April enjoys skiing, exploring the Yorkshire Dales, and spending time with her two daughters.
