Representative Profile

I’m Sinéad, founder of Fiantra Consulting Ltd - a specialist HR consultancy for SMEs in the Built Environment.

I help Founders, Directors and Leadership Teams get the people side of the business working smoothly, so they can move from firefighting to focused. That might mean putting in proper processes for the first time, tackling a tricky culture challenge, or giving leaders and managers the confidence to step up.

For over 20 years I’ve worked across Surveying, PropTech, and Interior Architecture, with additional time in FinTech and Publishing. I set up Fiantra because I believe smaller businesses deserve HR that’s just as sharp as any big corporate's HR, but delivered with fairness, pragmatism, and heart.

My style is candid but kind. No jargon, no one-size-fits-all templates. Just clear, grounded advice that actually works in the real world - and always with an eye on building equity and inclusion into the fabric of a business.
