At Pulse we have a team of highly qualified, experienced and professional Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors with a combined experience of 100+ years, and as a group we have worked on projects across the UK for 11 years ranging from £500k to £150m.

We have experience in delivering new build, conversions, extensions and refurbishment projects across various sectors. These include Residential (Social & Affordable Housing, Student Accommodation, PRS, Private housing), Primary and Secondary schools, Further and Higher Education, research and laboratories, Healthcare, Commercial, Heritage, Arts and Culture, Leisure, Highways and Infrastructure and Industrial projects.
