Booking Terms & Conditions

All companies and their representatives must book ahead of the event they wish to attend and a booking for each attendee must have been made and paid for before Urbano allows admittance.

Where no booking has been made, Urbano cannot guarantee entry.Where possible, and at the host venue's agreement where appropriate, Urbano will permit entry on payment of the full event fee.

Bookings are made through the Urbano website or, and usually only for members in exceptional circumstances, via email from Urbano. Confirmation of booking is by automatic notice from the urbano site on receipt of the appropriate fees where applicable.

Urbano reserves the right to refuse admittance to any event to any individual or company or representsatives of such companies without explanation.

Payment is confirmation of attendance. Where bookings are made and payment made, urbano accepts no liability for a refund should the booking company and its representatives fail to attend.

Cancellations and refunds are only accepted when made at least 24 hours before the start of the booked event and where such cancellations are allowed at the venue without financial penalty to urbano. In such circumstances, we will usually offer to transfer the booking(s) to another event of the booking company's choice. All refunds and transfers are at the discretion of Urbano Network and on a case-by-case basis.

After each event, an online event group is published. This facilitates networking and, for members, direct contact with attendees of that event through the Urbano website.

Urbano also usually produces a networking information sheet for each event with each attendee's information on it. Urbano bears no responsibility for the accurate content of any information on these information sheets, their format or production, The availability and access to event groups and event attendee information sheets is discretionary and do not constitute a part of the event fee.

All data collected when booking an event is subject to our Privacy terms. Any information for payment is kept on third-party secure servers and is subject to their Terms & Conditions of use. Urbano does not keep or store any card details when used for bookings and does not accept an liability for data or security when used to make an urbano event booking.
